2010
the 'first spark'
Two supply chain consultants and friends met up with each other at an oldest coffee shop in Bangalore and were discussing corporate consulting life. Eventually they realized that consulting as an Industry has a lot of untapped potential in the form of seamless customer experience and it is not completely affordable for SMEs and Start ups. They completed their cup of coffee as well as a game plan of 1 year to get into one of the toughest industries to crack-in as a new start up.

2013
it's a long wait but we are finally there!
Obviously, they were late to the market since as they started understanding the market, the start up idea became even more complex. After thorough ground work for 5 years, the company was founded on 5th June, 2013 in the name of Heal Supply Chain Solutions (Hesol).

2016
the first project!
Hesol was founded in a 10x10 room and for 3 Years after inception, the Start-up could not bag a single project and survived for 36+ Months just through Lean and Six Sigma training. The only thing that kept the organization going is the passion towards the supply chain. Mid of 2016, Hesol bagged their first supply chain project in E-Commerce.

2017
SEBA start up of the year
Against all Odds, Hesol Consulting was awarded the SEBA Lean Start up of the Year 2016. SME India organized SEBA (Small Enterprises Business Awards) for outstanding performances by Small and Medium sized companies across different categories. For Year 2017, SEBA is powered by Dell, KPMG as knowledge partners and Reliance, Vodafone as key sponsors.

getting some limelight
www.Hesol.co.in became famous for the unique content. Hesol Consulting's website gained more than 10 Million Hits, a dream number for a Consulting website. Hesol's content is viewed across 90+ countries and it sealed the first page in Google ranking for most of the supply chain keywords.

survived Covid19 in style
Hesol survived Covid-19 in style with ZERO head count reduction, ZERO salary cuts and 2X Project run rate. Hesol was able to achieve this due to their end to end solutions and Covid-19 Transformation framework which became an instant hit and helped many organizations not just survive but grow as well.
