Client Feedback
“I hired Alvis to help us future-proof our supply chain with a comprehensive, end-to-end audit and operational strategy. He was a professional from start to finish: responsive, thoughtful, and deeply knowledgeable. His understanding of supply chain systems, vendor management, forecasting, and operations is the real deal. Alvis not only identified key opportunities for improvement, but also helped us build a roadmap to scale simply and efficiently. He’s been instrumental in helping us lay the groundwork for a resilient, high-performance supply chain and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again (and probably will).”

About the Organization:
Atlas Bars are protein bars founded by James Oliver with the goal of supporting both physical and mental wellness. Atlas was created to provide clean, high-protein fuel, as the founder couldn’t find bars with the same qualities and pure ingredients. They are known for including ashwagandha, a plant with science-backed benefits, in their formulation. Atlas Bars offers both grass-fed whey and plant-based options. They are available for purchase on their website, Amazon FBA and at over 1,100 retail locations nationwide.
Business Case:

– Manage inventory planning and optimization, ensuring raw materials and finished goods are always at optimal levels.
