Principal Accountabilities:

The Supply Chain Consultant reports to the Chief Consultant and is responsible for all planning and execution within Hesol’s supply chain. The role is accountable for creating and managing supply chain processes that help Hesol achieve its goal of ‘Operational Excellence’ by smoothly meeting customer and company requirements.

The Supply Chain Consultant will have prime accountability for leading and executing supply chain, logistics, ecommerce and process engineering programs. He/she is responsible for the

  • Client / Customer experience
  • Timely Project deliverables
  • Quality of the deliverables
  • Project Budget

Consultant is also responsible for promoting the Hesol services at different channels to generate leads for the organization and also each project is converted into the standard Hesol portfolio document and published at all communication channels of Hesol.



  • Complete a minimum of 6 Projects in a year with a positive feedback from the client / customer.
  • Complete 4 Industry research papers in a year.
  • Complete one blog or article in a week and submit at all Hesol communication channels.
  • Generate at-least 5 leads per month for Hesol.

Functional Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Degree in Business or equivalent with 2-5 years or relevant work experience in operations or any function with supply chain.
  • 1-3 years Supply Chain Management experience in the fast moving consumer goods or food industry.



  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, problem analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Effectively work autonomously in projects with minimal management direction.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong customer orientation. A positive and proactive approach. Attentive to every need of customers.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques.
  • Managing & prioritizing a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience of managing / interaction with multiple clients / customers.
  • Ability to think logically and take decisions based on situational assessments.


IT Competencies:

  • Well versed in MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Word
  • Hands-on in MS Visio, MS Project
  • Experience with MS Access databases
